  • Worked at UTA since 2014 as clinical faculty, clinical instructor, and team lead
  • Joined the UTA BSN Rural Health Liaison Team as team lead in August of 2022

  • Adjunct Faculty at UTA since 2014 in AOBSN and RNBSN Programs
  • A registered nurse since 1984 with practice in a variety of settings to include Emergency Nursing, Pediatrics, Community, Management and Education.
  • Practiced as a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner from 1994 through 2020
  • A retired officer of the US ARMY Nurse Corps
  • Joined the UTA BSN Rural Health Liaison Team in June of 2022

  • 11 years of experience as a registered nurse
  • 3 years serving as adjunct clinical faculty for the UTA AO BSN program.
  • 3 years serving in a Critical Access Hospital caring for pediatrics and adults in the medical/ surgical setting
  • Spent the last 5 years caring for our military and veteran population in various settings including Ortho, Cardiac/Telemetry, and Pulmonary.
  • A member of the Academy of Medical -Surgical Nurses and received her CMSRN in 2021.
  • A member of Sigma Theta Tau Professional Nursing Association.
  • Lived and worked in a rural community as a nurse, and now has a deep appreciation for the unique challenges that those communities face.
  • Joined the UTA BSN Rural Health Liaison Team in June of 2022

  • Previously CEO CAH Parkview Hospital 2012-2022.
  • A registered nurse since 1990 with practice in a variety of settings to include Med/Surg Nursing, Management and Education.
  • Received Masters in Nursing from UT at Tyler.
