Rural Health & Nursing Focused

Our conference has a focus on rural health and nursing in particular. Texas Center for Nursing Workforce Studies (2019) estimated that there will be a deficit of 59,970 RN FTEs by 2030. Our goal is to work to combat these issues during our conference time and create unique ideas to bring equitable healthcare to our rural communities.

Unique Agenda

Our agenda includes speakers from around the country working in different areas of rural health care. As this year’s theme is focused on the Healthy Rural People 2030 Initiative, our speakers will be from a variety of areas focused on the top 20 issues identified.

Networking & Relationship Building

Our conference allows you to meet others working in rural health. Not only will you gain valuable information in our sessions, but also those attending the conference along side yourself!
