COURSES OFFERED

The Center offers specialized courses and training designed to prepare nurses and healthcare professionals for the unique challenges of rural practice. Our offerings include rural health academic certificates, a rural nurse residency and professional development program, a grant writing course that walks participants through securing funding, and a writing for publications course designed to help nurses share their work and insights with a broader audience. Each course is grounded in evidence-based learning and hands-on experience, supporting the growth of the rural health workforce and expanding access to care across Texas.
